Offshore Development Service

Onsite Consultants and Offshore Resource

Our consultants offer our clients the chance to utilize our offshore development resources. In the project, onsite consultants provide our offshore members with requirement analysis and/or high level functional specifications. Development is done by the control of offshore management team with report to onsite management. SRA Group and SRA America provide experienced advices to make the project succeed.

Testing and Implementation

Technical and functional tests are done offshore and user tests are done onsite. The development cycles could be repeated based on the develop/test approaches. Offshore resource members may join onsite test and will support actual implementation with/without offshore members' onsite short visit.

Support Service after Go-Live

After Go-live, offshore members will support initial maintenance process to make the new application stable. And if the enhancement project is required, offshore members can support onsite consultants for creating the specifications and accept the another development more productively.
